The Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers issued by R789. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is considered bonus abuse. If a Duplicate Account is detected, any funds, winnings, or bonuses gained on the Duplicate Account may be forfeited and reclaimed by R789.
Bonus promotions may be restricted or unavailable to residents of certain jurisdictions. R789 reserves the right to determine eligibility; affected players will not be able to claim or use bonus offers. Specific no-claim or withdrawal limitations may apply depending on your country of residence.
To receive a deposit bonus, opt in by selecting the desired bonus in the Wallet window before making a deposit (by clicking the Bonus card or entering a Bonus Code). Only fully settled deposits count toward bonus activation. You may have only one active bonus at a time; deposit-related bonuses are not stacked or combined with other deposits’ bonuses.

Cashback offers may be available to players who have reached the required loyalty tier and who are eligible for bonuses. Cashback is calculated on eligible activity and credited to the real balance. All cashback bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and other terms described below. The maximum winnings from cashback-related activity may be capped depending on status and promotion rules. Cashback is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering is 40x the bonus amount before any bonus funds may be converted to real money. Wagering contributions are game-type dependent as follows unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion: - Slots: 100% of the bet amount counts toward wagering. - Table games and certain other games: 5% of the bet amount counts toward wagering. - Roulette and certain live games: 0% towards wagering.
Some games are restricted from playing with an active bonus. The wagering category and current exclusions may be updated by R789 at any time. If a game is excluded, bets placed on that game will not count toward wagering.
When a bonus is active, the maximum bet allowed on any single wager is the equivalent of $7.50 (or the currency equivalent), unless a specific bonus promotion states otherwise. This cap also applies to bets doubled after a completed game round and to bonus rounds purchased within the game.
Winnings arising from bonus activity are credited to the bonus balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled. Once wagering requirements are met, the corresponding amount may be transferred to the real balance and withdrawn, subject to normal withdrawal policies. If a bonus is not wagered to completion within its validity period, all bonus funds and any winnings associated with them become void. The expiry period for most bonuses is 14 days from the date of activation, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Bonus funds are kept separate from cash funds. If you have an active bonus, the platform will debit real money first before using bonus funds. Upon withdrawal request, any funds in the bonus balance that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements may be forfeited. If an audit reveals suspected abuse (e.g., exploitation of software bugs or system failures), R789 reserves the right to revoke bonus entitlements and withhold related payouts.
Bonus abuse, including duplicate accounts or attempts to circumvent wagering requirements, may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and exclusion from promotions. If a player’s bonus-to-deposit ratio exceeds 50% after eight deposits, the player may be excluded from the VIP program and from receiving further bonuses until the ratio falls below 50% or the player is re-evaluated by R789.
Promotions are not accessible where prohibited by law. R789 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any bonus offer at any time with or without prior notice. If you have cooling-off or self-exclusion restrictions, bonus participation is prohibited while such limits are in effect.
R789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue bonus terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the site. You are bound by the most recent version of the terms, which will be accessible in the Bonus Terms and Conditions section.
These Bonus Terms and Conditions supplement the general Terms and Conditions of R789. In the event of a conflict between the two, the Bonus Terms shall govern the promotion in question unless the alternative specifies otherwise.
